Second Strong Weekend for "The Girl Who Believes in Miracles"

The movie delivers another Top-10 Box Office finish and improves on revenue from a week earlier.

Audiences are responding to The Girl Who Believes in Miracles, delivering a weekend box office haul of $560,000, according to data from The Numbers. That's a 3% increase from its debut weekend and is good enough to put it in seventh place overall, down one spot from last week.


The faith-base film, which stars Christian actor Kevin Sorbo, Oscar-winner Mira Sorvino and Austyn Johnson, also benefited from a jump in its theater count: it's now showing in 900 theaters, up from 640 when it debuted. The picture has brought in nearly $1.3 million after 10 days in release.
