It's the subject of a new devotional from the Christian actress and best-selling author.
Candace Cameron Bure is professionally an actress first and foremost: headliner on the Hallmark family of channels, with her annual Christmas movies and on-going series of Aurora Teagarden Mysteries, and also the star of Fuller House on Netflix.
But, wow, does she ever crank out the books: a devotional Bible last month, a children's book the month before that and a new endeavor coming out in early April. That one's called Radical Kindness: Jesus Every Day - Devotional Guide, and - like many of her literary works - it's published by DaySpring, a Christian card, book and gift company owned by Hallmark.
The 128-page book features 24 entries from Scripture and lined blank pages for journaling; it also promises to help readers "discover the life-changing power of kindness," which, of course, is one of nine characteristics of the "fruit of the Spirit" enumerated in the New Testament book of Galatians.
In a social media post related to the devotional's publication, Cameron Bure, who is a devout and outspoken Believer, states that her latest book is a "call to action."
"This new devotional guide shows all the examples of a radical kindness in the Bible. Think, the Good Samaritan. And it will also encourage you and energize you to show radical kindness to the people in your world."
Radical Kindness: Jesus Every Day - Devotional Guide comes out on April 6th, which also happens to be Cameron Bure's 45th birthday. It costs $19.99 and you can pre-order it from DaySpring via this link.
