A New TV Program with Kirk Cameron

This time around he's hosting an interview show focused on Christian celebrities.

Kirk Cameron, one of the most outspoken Christians in the entertainment industry, is back on TV. His latest endeavor is called One on One with Kirk Cameron and it will debut on the Christian channel, Trinity Broadcasting Network, in one week. He announced it recently on social media and it looks to be action-packed.

Cameron, who first shot to fame way back in the 1980s on the hit TV show Growing Pains, will spend each program out and about with high-profile Believers, interviewing and getting to know them. In a promo for the show, we saw the Kendrick Brothers, Phil Robertson and former New York Yankees star pitcher Andy Pettitte, among others. And this is not a studio interview program, but rather an on-location, roll-up-your-sleeves affair that will feature go-kart racing, rock climbing, fishing and more.

One on One with Kirk Cameron debuts on TBN next Thursday, September 12th at 8PM EDT/5PM PDT (the promo, apparently mistakenly, says the show airs at 9PM Eastern, but on the network's website it says 8PM). One other episode that was teased - and is sure to be a big hit - will feature Christian actress Candace Cameron Bure, who is also Kirk's little sister. You can check the show's promo below.
