Here is something you might want to catch on TV tonight: a Dallas Jenkins interview on Takeaways with Kirk Cameron. The creator and director of The Chosen was able to sit down in studio for a chat with the show host, who is also an actor and the former star of Christian films like Fireproof, Left Behind and Lifemark.

Jenkins and his cast and crew are currently filming Season 4 of their hit streaming show on its permanent set in Texas. As with the preceding seasons, this one will feature eight episodes when complete and Jenkins has previously stated that he hopes to begin releasing them before the end of the year.

Though we do not have many details about his interview with Cameron, a social media clip promoting the show gives a sense for what to expect. In it, Jenkins, who like Cameron is a committed Believer, makes clear that The Chosen has impacted viewers for the Kingdom and done so in a case of life imitating art, so to speak.

"There are people whose lives have been changed, and they fit the three-act structure that goes back millennia: 'I was...But God...And now...' That is storytelling 101."

It should be interesting to see the entire interview and you can do so by tuning into Trinity Broadcasting Network tonight. Takeaways with Kirk Cameron airs at 9:00 PM EDT/6:00 PM PDT and will also be available on the TBN app.
