Lifemark brought in just above $713,000 from Friday through Sunday, according to Box Office Mojo. That is enough to put it in 13th place overall in its second weekend in release, down from seventh position one week ago.

Starring Kirk Cameron, the faith-based movie tells the true story of a young man who is reunited with his birth mother nearly two decades after she gave him up for adoption. The Christian actor also executive produced it together with the brother duo of Stephen and Alex Kendrick, the latter of whom is another of the principal actors in the film.

Lifemark was originally scheduled to have a limited theatrical run of just seven days when it released on September 9th. With $4.3 million to its credit thus far, however, it has twice had that date extended and will now play through September 29th in some locations.
