"Unplanned" is Actually Saving Lives

Updated: Apr 15, 2019

Women tell the lead actress that this pro-life Christian film has stopped them from killing their unborn babies.

Unplanned is having an unbelievable impact. We've already detailed here how an estimated one percent of abortion workers in America are apparently looking to leave that industry after having seen the film. Now we get word that pregnant women are coming forward with stories of abortions prevented because of Unplanned.

The movie tells the true story of Abby Johnson, an abortion clinic director-turned-right-to-life-advocate. Christian actress Ashley Bratcher plays her in this picture, which is based on Johnson's memoir by the same name. Today, Bratcher told Fox News about the incredible messages of changed hearts she is getting from women who have watched the movie.

"To be able to hear someone come up to you and say, 'I was so affected by your work that I decided instead of having an abortion, that I'm now going to have my child.' – I don’t know how to really explain the way that feels, to know that you could've potentially just saved a life."

Wow! Bratcher's right: there simply are no words. In something of an understatement, she added that this is "the most rewarding and fulfilling" part she has ever played. We recommend that you watch her entire interview with Fox News via this link. It is a powerful testimony and she is quite a witness for the faith.
