Unplanned is the true story of Abby Johnson, a former abortion clinic director-turned-pro-life-advocate, and is based on her book by the same name. The film was written and directed by Cary Solomon and Chuck Konzelman, the team behind the God's Not Dead franchise.

With the movie scheduled for release next week, filmmakers have been particularly active of late with screenings - there was one a few days ago in Los Angeles and another's set for the 26th in Boston - and other PR events to get the word out. Later today, the aforementioned triumvirate of Johnson, Solomon and Konzelman will be preaching to the choir, as it were, when then meet with natural allies in the pro-life camp at Notre Dame.

A Catholic school in Indiana, it is one of the top universities in the nation and also happens to be Konzelman's alma mater: he graduated in the class of 1982. The event will be hosted by the de Nicola Center for Ethics and Culture and will feature clips from the movie and discussion about the subject at hand.

Unplanned stars Christian actress Ashley Bratcher in the role of Johnson and is scheduled to open nationwide on March 29th.
